Enterprise Risk Associates is growing and seeking a customer-focused insurance professional. An active

Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License is preferred, but not necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to continue developing their insurance career, gain additional experience in personal and commercial lines, and receive support toward obtaining a Florida 2-20 General Lines License.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping clients, providing excellent service, and being part of a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy service requests and insurance questions
Review policies, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries
Prepare quotes and process policy changes as permitted by your license
Follow up on renewals, cancellations, and outstanding client requests
Communicate with carriers and underwriting teams
Maintain accurate client records in Applied Epic
Support commercial and personal lines account servicing
Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service
Qualifications

Property & casualty insurance experience preferred
Applied Epic experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and dependable work ethic
Interest in continuing education and career growth
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
$22-$27 per hour based on experience
