The Rikki Wilkerson Agency in Mansfield is looking for a licensed P&C Insurance Sales Producer who is motivated by goals, enjoys competition, and wants their effort to directly impact their income.

You'll have agency provided opportunities, training, coaching, and a team behind youbut we're looking for someone who is hungry to pick up the phone, follow up, ask for the sale, and build a book of business.

What You'll Do:

• Work leads and create new business
• Quote and sell Auto, Home & P&C products
• Follow up relentlessly until you get a yesor a clear no
• Build relationships and uncover additional coverage needs
• Cross-sell and grow your book
• Ask for the sale and close business
• Track your pipeline and own your numbers

*Insurance sales experience is preferred, but were willing to consider the right sales professional who has the drive, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.*

• Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Insurance sales experience preferred; strong sales experience considered
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by earning potential
• Confident communicator comfortable with prospecting and closing
• Self-motivated, persistent, and coachable
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Reliable and able to work in or commute to Mansfield
