Your Role: As a Critical Care RN on our night shift, you will: Assess and Monitor: Conduct thorough patient assessments and continuously monitor critical patients to provide timely interventions and ensure their stability. Collaborate: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
