The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, planning, and overall financial management. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management while ensuring the company's financial health and long-term growth. The CFO will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, improve financial processes, and support key business decisions. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

What will your day look like?

• Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies and growth initiatives.
• Financial Oversight: Direct all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Capital Management: Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners.
• Operational Efficiency: Drive financial process improvements and system implementations to support scalability.

Who are you?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with prior CFO or senior financial executive roles.
• Strategic Visionary: Proven track record of guiding organizations through growth and change.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional Communicator: Ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
• Results-Driven Leader: Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
