Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding home health position providing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients in their homes. This role functions as a case manager, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients while enjoying flexibility and independence in your day.Patients are located throughout the Cleveland metropolitan area, including portions of the East Side, Near West Side, and surrounding communities.
