Branch Manager

Southeast Handling Systems (SHS) is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee all branch profit centers, including sales, service, parts, and rental. This role is responsible for maximizing profitability while delivering exceptional customer service, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all branch departments Drive profitability by managing expenses and improving efficiency Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction Interview, hire, train, and develop associates Plan, assign, and direct work across departments Appraise performance and address performance issues Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university OR equivalent combination of education and related management experience Material Handling/Equipment industry experience is preferred!
