ABRAHAM LINCOLN SCHOOL – PRE K – GRADE 3 Guidance Counselor Abraham Lincoln School is seeking a compassionate, student-centered Guidance Counselor to join our supportive and collaborative team. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling and deliver social-emotional support to students. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social-emotional development Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to address student needs Support positive behavior interventions (PBIS) and school-wide social-emotional learning (SEL initiatives) Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Qualifications Valid Maine School Counselor Certification Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings Strong understanding of social-emotional learning, adolescent development, and counseling best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
