*What You'll Do*
* Handle *customer inquiries via phone, mail, and in-person interactions*
* Manage approximately *30 inbound calls per day*
* Process orders, assignments, and data entry in internal systems
* Provide information on pricing, services, and delivery details
* Maintain and update customer records with accuracy
* Assist with document preparation and paperwork for operational needs
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing, word processing, and general office support
* Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day office activities
*What You Bring* *Required Qualifications*
* *2-3 years of customer service experience* (retail or office)
* Proficiency with *Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel*
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and organizational ability
*Preferred*
* Prior office or administrative experience
* Exposure to insurance or claims-related environments
