Forklift Operator

Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Oceanside, CA. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience and is comfortable operating sit-down forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks . Training will be provided on PIT equipment as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently using customer tickets.
• Pick, pack, and load products for shipment.
• Receive and verify inbound products against purchase orders.
• Inspect product packaging to ensure items are neat and intact.
• Use RF scanners to scan barcodes and track inventory.
• Complete required paperwork, documentation, and data entry.
• Assemble, package, label, stack, and palletize materials.
• Route materials for safe delivery or storage.
• Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience preferred, especially sit-down, order picker, and reach truck .
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good time-management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse picking and packing processes.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
