To learn more about our company, visit Next Generation Management & Accounting ServicesAs a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), you will oversee a portfolio of residential communities, serving as the primary point of contact for Board Members, residents, vendors, and homeowners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple properties while ensuring operational efficiency, financial stability, and exceptional customer service.Location: Sunrise, FL (Portfolio properties located in Pembroke Pines, Davie, Tamarac and Coral Springs)Salary: $80,000 annuallySchedule: Monday – Friday | 40 hours per weekLicense Requirement: Active Florida LCAM license requiredPlease note: This position requires availability to respond to property emergencies outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days40 hours of sick PTO after the 90-day probationary period40 hours of vacation PTO after one year7 paid federal holidaysResponsibilitiesConduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or compliance concernsSupervise onsite staff, including scheduling, training, and payroll coordinationManage work orders and maintenance requests to ensure timely completionCoordinate and oversee vendor services, contracts, and community projectsInvestigate resident concerns and ensure compliance with governing documents and association rulesPrepare for and attend Board meetings, including agendas, notices, and meeting minutesAssist Boards with budgeting, financial planning, reserve projects, and insurance renewalsMonitor association financials, including invoices, billing, reconciliations, and investmentsMaintain accurate administrative records, reports, violation logs, and architectural requestsPrepare and submit monthly management reportsProvide exceptional customer service to residents, Board Members, and vendorsRespond to emergency situations as neededQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of property management experience, preferably in community associations or condominium managementActive Florida LCAM license requiredValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance requiredStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and property management softwareAbility to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretionSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independentlyBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Generation Management Services Llc
