Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Aspire Senior Living Roaring River -

12hrs Shift. Rotating Weekends

Full-Time Day. Full-Time Night

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our care team at our Cassville, MO location. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing personalized care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assist with mealtime activities and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
