Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2717.80 Opportunity: CT Technologist Job Details: • Night shift position working Wednesday through Tuesday • Weekday shift hours: 7:45 PM to 6:15 AM • Weekend shift hours: 6:45 PM to 6:15 AM • Work alongside other night technologists in a collaborative environment • Operate GE CT scanners • Minimum 1 year of experience required • Epic charting system experience required • Community hospital experience preferred • Trauma Level I experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience required • Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS • Proficient in a wide range of CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular, musculoskeletal trauma, and more • Experience with 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering • Ability to perform multiplanar reconstruction, brain perfusion, carotid, cervical, coronary CTA, and enterography studies • Experience with preparation and administration of contrast media • Proficient in starting peripheral IVs and venipuncture • Radiation safety knowledge required • PACS experience required • Capable of treating patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Experience working in emergency department and ICU settings Facility: This facility is a large hospital featuring a robust imaging department equipped with GE CT scanners. With 240 beds and a daily census of 120 patients, the facility handles a high volume of cases across a wide range of specialties. The imaging department consists of 3 CT rooms and supports a diverse patient population spanning all age groups. The facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center and provides care across multiple settings including emergency, ICU, and outpatient services.
