- Rotating Saturdays
- No Sundays
- $30 - $55 per hour (Flag Hour)
- Ability to commute to Stonewall, LA required
- In-person position
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous professional automotive repair experience (Ford experience preferred)
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and HVAC.
- Perform routine maintenance and multi-point safety inspections with high attention to detail.
- Execute manufacturer recalls and warranty repairs to Ford factory specifications.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional documentation of all work performed.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair estimates and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay.
- Participate in Ford factory training and stay current on evolving vehicle technology.
- 2+ years of professional experience in an automotive service environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software (IDS/FDRS experience is a plus).
- Team-player attitude with a commitment to shop safety and quality control.
- Professional work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ownership of a professional set of automotive tools.
