Help Us Move Industries ForwardAt PowerPusher, we design and manufacture innovative powered tugs and material handling equipment that help businesses move heavy loads safely and efficiently around the world. We're looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Associate to help grow our brand, support our dealer network, and generate new business.If you're a marketing professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, rolling up your sleeves, and seeing your ideas come to life, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoExecute B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channelsCoordinate trade shows and industry events from planning to executionCreate engaging content, including emails, videos, product collateral, and social media postsManage website content and social media platformsSupport new product launches and dealer marketing initiativesPartner with Sales to generate leads and strengthen customer relationshipsMeasure campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve resultsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3–5 years of B2B marketing experienceStrong writing, organizational, and project management skillsExperience with CRM systems, marketing automation, digital marketing, and website managementAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detailBonus Points If You HaveExperience in manufacturing or industrial marketingTrade show and event management experienceGraphic design or video editing skillsKnowledge of SEO/SEM best practicesExperience supporting dealer or distributor networksLocationHybrid position based in Shakopee, Minnesota, with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote work as business needs allow.Why PowerPusher?We're a collaborative, growing company where your ideas matter and your work makes a real impact.
