Coupa Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

• Configure and support Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Manage Supplier Information Management (SIM), supplier onboarding, and the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
• Configure and maintain catalogs, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier data.
• Develop, support, and troubleshoot Coupa integrations with ERP and external systems.
• Work with cXML, PunchOut, APIs, SFTP, and flat-file integrations.
• Monitor and resolve integration failures and data transmission issues.
• Configure and maintain company addresses, chart of accounts, approval chains, content groups, account groups, and account validation rules.
• Support PO customization, SAN, tax rates, tax codes, and tax rule configuration.
• Assist with contract management and sourcing modules.
• Perform incident management, change management, release testing, and production support.
• Troubleshoot supplier setup, invoice transmission, PO integration, remit-to address, and authentication issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience with Supplier Information Management (SIM).
• Experience configuring catalogs and invoice management.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
• Knowledge of cXML, PunchOut, APIs, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with ERP integration and technical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of chart of accounts, approval workflows, tax configuration, and account validation rules.
• Knowledge of contract management and sourcing.
• Experience with incident management, change management, release management, and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coupa Certification.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise procurement platforms and integrations.
