A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations functions
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage performance management and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Partner with leadership on workforce planning efforts
Support employee engagement and retention programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Previous leadership experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
