About This Role
We are seeking dedicated Christian Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for educating young children, creating a nurturing learning environment, and exemplifying God's Love.
What You'll Do- Knowledge of age-appropriate educational concepts and activities
- Patience, empathy and compassion when working with young children
- Ability to maintain order and enforce classroom rules
- Awareness of safety practices for indoor and outdoor activities
- Familiarity with teaching practices and methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to student needs and use different teaching methods, including play-based learning
- Knowledge of child development milestones, such as spelling their name
- High School Diploma or GED/ CDA
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Strong understanding of child development principles and curriculum development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
