Future possibilities to advance in career. Responsibilities Make memorable first and last impressions with a smile. Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner. Seat guests in dining and bar areas, ensuring smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards. Buss tables, deliver food, and support the dining room to fulfill every opportunity to WOW guests. Have general knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products. Answer the phone in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls. Lead the lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards. Assist guests and support servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining environment. Requirements Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision; ability to adjust focus in low or dim lighting. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start date).
