Maintenance Technician (Outdoor & Facilities) Location: Greenville, SC Area Pay & Schedule: $18.48/hour Monday–Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Occasional schedule flexibility or overtime as needed Job Duties: General facility and grounds maintenance (indoor and outdoor) Basic repairs and upkeep involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting Lawn care and landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and mulching Operating tools and equipment safely and effectively Supporting setup and breakdown of events or special activities Assisting with routine maintenance, deliveries, and light equipment care Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe Requirements: At least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related hands‑on field Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment Valid Class D SC Driver’s License High school diploma or GED required Must pass a background check and MVR check Why This Role?
