Pediatric Physician Assistant

Overview
Pediatric and Adolescent Advance Care and Mawri’s Medical Clinics are excited to welcome a Physician Assistant (PA) to our growing pediatric healthcare team in Genesee County. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization with a vision to build a supportive, dynamic office around the right provider. You’ll provide high-quality care to patients ranging from newborns to 18 years old in an office setting, supported by a dedicated receptionist and medical assistant. The ideal candidate is independent, confident, and passionate about pediatric care, with the ability to collaborate across specialties including pediatric orthopedics, prosthetics,and orthotics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and medical histories
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on care plans and preventative health
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with specialists and support staff to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
• Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Active Michigan state PA license
• 2–5 years of pediatric or urgent care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to professional growth and evidence-based medicine

Schedule & Benefits:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No nights / No on-call

Weekend coverage required only 2–4 times per year
