Robinhood Roofing Utah helps Utah homeowners through insurance-claim roof replacements, and we find them door to door. We're a rapidly growing startup founded in 2024 from iHub.

What You'll Do

• Own outreach to launch: find people, run interviews, sell the dream, in person training and we’ll handle the field training.
• Work anything and everything: rep referrals, summer-sales reps coming home, returned missionaries, BYU and UVU, events, and organic social.
• Hand new reps to training and share day-30 retention with our trainer.
• Track every number and improve it weekly.
• Develop reps into recruiting captains who source from their own networks.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

• 40+ weekly outreach conversations and 6+ sit-downs per week by week 4
• 4+ accepted offers and 3+ launched reps weekly rate (75%+ launch rate)
• 3+ launches still producing at day 30, and a team of 6+ new reps still producing by day 90
• A written recruiting playbook and weekly dashboard the owner reviews every Monday
• Proven plan of low budget recruiting (little to no ad spend or events), with cost per producing rep tracked

Year-one target: team of 14+ producing reps quarterly.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• You've built a team and know your numbers: recruited, launched, still producing at 90 days
• You recruit through relationships, not pressure, and never oversell income
• You talk to strangers daily and follow up within hours
• You want to be measured on reps who stay
• No non-compete or non-solicit conflict with a current employer

Nice-to-haves:

• 3+ years recruiting for D2D sales teams (pest, solar, alarm, roofing) strongly preferred
• Former D2D manager, missionary zone or district leader, or campus recruiter
• Strong Utah County network: BYU/UVU, wards, mission companions
• Uses sheets, a CRM, and AI tools unprompted

Compensation & Benefits

• $67,700 base salary, stepping to $81,600 when you hit the 90-day scorecard
• $1,000 bonus for every recruit still producing at day 90
• $2,500 bonus for every quarter the team holds 10+ producing reps
• Estimated first-year total: about $94K at plan, $90K–$120K+ depending on results. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
