SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Shift Supervisor – Canteen, Mount Olive, NC We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions at our Canteen location (1628 Garner Chapel Road, Mount Olive, NC 28365). Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous kitchen and transportation experience required. ServSafe certificate preferred. Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule Full‑time schedule. Shift times may vary: 5:30 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, or 9:45 pm–6:15 am. Further details upon interview. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
