Client Relations Manager - 5th Avenue

Summary The Client Relations Manager is a commercial leader responsible for driving client development, retention, recruitment and loyalty at the flagship boutique. This role blends strategic CRM analysis with hands‑on floor leadership, coaching Client Advisors, executing targeted outreach and establishing a world‑class clienteling culture for the 5th Avenue store. Responsibilities Develop and execute client development strategies focused on retention, reactivation, acquisition and lifetime value growth. Analyze CRM data to identify top clients, at‑risk segments and prospects to inform outreach plans. Coach Client Advisors on book development, outreach quality and appointment conversion through daily floor leadership. Set and monitor weekly and monthly client KPIs and deliver performance insights to leadership. Plan and execute boutique client events and private appointments with targeted invitation lists and follow‑up. Lead CRM intensives, role‑play sessions and morning briefs to reinforce accountability and standards. Partner with Store Director and corporate teams to align flagship strategies with regional and HQ priorities. Monitor event performance and client metrics to refine outreach and activation strategies. Serve as flagship ambassador, ensuring elevated hospitality and hosting standards for high‑value clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 4 years luxury retail experience with 2 years in client development or CRM leadership. Advanced CRM fluency and experience with client lifecycle strategy and data‑driven outreach planning. Proven floor‑based leadership and ability to coach sales teams to elevate client engagement. Strong networking, client recruitment and tier migration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with executive‑level presentation capability. Technical proficiency in CRM systems, Excel and PowerPoint and comfort with dashboards and reporting tools.
