Order SelectorLocation: Plymouth, MIPay: $20.00 per hourScheduleMonday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PMSunday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PMFriday & Saturday: OffPosition OverviewCardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector for a warehouse position in Plymouth, MI. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing products for shipment, and helping maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable with physical warehouse work, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity throughout the shift.Essential ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and prepare customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.Locate and pull products according to customer order specifications.Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment.Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality or damage.Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight as needed.Safely operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.Report inventory shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies to supervisors.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.Meet established productivity and order-accuracy expectations.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, order selecting, picking, or distribution experience preferred.Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems is a plus.Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk throughout the shift.Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop.Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after proper training.Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.About Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
