Accounting Office Manager Pay: 90k-100k Are you looking to join an excellent small-family office and bring at least eight years of strong accounting and administrative experience? Do you have strong communication skills and love working in a fast-paced environment wearing many hats? We are looking for a wonderful accounting administrator for a new job opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This role is right off the BART station and working with a great and friendly team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the CEO with daily administrative and accounting responsibilities
- Deal discreetly with large volumes of sensitive, confidential information
- Coordinate preparation of tax returns and estimated tax payments for LLC’s, and trusts
- Accounts payable, cash flow management, and general bookkeeping.
- Coordinates travel for commercial flights, makes hotel reservations, organizes itineraries, screens phone calls and emails, and assists in preparation of written correspondence.
- Assists with coordinating event and meeting planning and logistics for various activities, including meetings, dinners, and events.
- Manages special projects and conduct research as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience supporting as an accounting and administrative professional
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment wearing many hats
- Experience supporting in a family-office is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
