Brand Ambassador

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate and driven individual, inspired by our brands, to join us as a Brand Ambassador, playing a crucial role in building and expanding our presence in dispensaries, events, and other opportunities. As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as a spokesperson for our in-house brands. This dynamic role requires the ability to travel within the local network, establishing a strong on-site presence with clients and customers. Location: Daily travel Monday-Friday and frequent weekends within the operating state. Weekend availability required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Be a field expert in our in-house brands, understanding specifications, benefits, price structures, target audience, competition, and market positioning. Lead coordination and execution of our in-house brands through comprehensive product education and distributing promotional items. Consistently achieve weekly and monthly pop-up, drop-in, and account activation targets; account engagement micro-events, company-sponsored events, cannabis industry networking events, participation in trade shows, and other miscellaneous events. Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with detailed and comprehensive account notes. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. Collaborate with accounts to analyze market trends and consumer preferences, providing insightful merchandising recommendations to optimize product placement and drive sales. Lead all aspects of new wholesale account dispensary grand openings, ensuring a seamless introduction of our products to the market. JOB REQUIREMENTS Weekend availability required Willingness and availability to work outside standard business hours; ensuring active participation in events and initiatives as required Bachelors degree in business or related preferred 1+ year of cannabis industry experience strongly preferred Marketing, Communication, Broadcast, or Public Relations experience is a plus Social media content production savvy highly preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for engaging diverse audiences and conveying complex information with clarity and impact Proven ability to cultivate and nurture strong relationships, fostering connections with clients and customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation, ensuring punctuality and flexibility to travel within the local network for on-site engagements Must be 21 years or older PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Continuously: Hearing; visual acuity Frequently: Sitting; standing; walking; talking; repetitive use of hands/arms Occasionally: Bending over; reaching overhead; pushing or pulling; grasping; subject to noise; lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
