Exciting Opportunity for an Enrolled Agent in the West Valley! MCC Tax Experts is looking for an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our team at our Surprise, AZ office for the next tax season (January–May). This is a W-2 employee position where you'll be the sole tax professional running your own office — with competitive pay, a tax season bonus, and real long-term potential. We're open to the right person eventually taking over the office and established client base, making this a true pathway to practice ownership. About the role: Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required Your own office — you'll be the sole staff member running the location Conveniently located at Reems Rd & Grand Ave in Surprise, just across from Sun City West Approximately 250 in-person clients — primarily seniors who value a personal, trusted relationship Software, hardware, and admin support fully provided Competitive pay + tax season bonus Potential buyout/succession opportunity the following year for the right candidate If you love working directly with clients, take pride in doing things right, and are looking for more than just a seasonal gig — we'd love to hear from you.
