Available Territories, Pay Structure & Schedule We Are Hiring For Three Separate Territories. Must Be Willing To Cover The Wider Service Area (Regional Floater) Based On Highest Priority Patient Needs. Compensation Is Based On Experience And Territory Assignment Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $81.00 – $91.00+ per hour Annual Full-Time Expectation: $170,000 – $190,000+ per year, with eligibility of a $5,000 Sign on Bonus Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo East Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $81.00 – $91.00+ per hour Annual Full-Time Expectation: $170,000 – $190,000+ per year Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood TriValley Area Pay Rate: $81.00 – $91.00+ per hour Annual Full-Time Expectation: $170,000 – $190,000+ per year Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville Schedule: High Availability. Willingness to work weekends or urgent coverage shifts as needed. Must be an expert in complex case management. Clinical specialization is a plus.
