Key Responsibilities Assessment & Reassessment: Systematically evaluate patient health, involving patients, families, and healthcare teams as appropriate. Nursing Diagnosis & Outcomes: Analyze assessments to determine diagnoses and set expected outcomes collaboratively. Care Implementation & Coordination: Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions to achieve patient goals. Evaluation: Use critical thinking to assess patient outcomes, recognize issues, and adjust care plans accordingly. Discharge Planning: Evaluate and coordinate discharge needs utilizing available resources. Professional Practice: Maintain high standards of nursing practice through ongoing evaluation and improvement. Qualifications & Skills Diploma, Associate’s Degree (ADN), with BSN or MSN preferred. Prior healthcare experience preferred; equivalent education and experience acceptable. Current Oklahoma RN license and BLS certification required, with ongoing re-certification.
