Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales. The role emphasizes customer centricity, teamwork, and use of retail technology to enhance product discovery and purchasing options. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement Support company and store initiatives and execute brand standards on the sales floor Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities Utilize retail technology and alternative purchase methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home Engage in networking to build a clientele and strengthen customer connectivity Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation is upheld at all times Assist customers with product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and operate the register Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers #J-18808-Ljbffr
