Senior Product Manager, Digital Product (Patient Engagement)

Remote (U.S.) | Denver Preferred | $105K-$140K Base + 15% Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a highly visible patient engagement product area focused on AI-powered outreach, clinical intervention workflows, and care team coordination. Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Product, this individual will play a critical role in shaping how patients are proactively identified, engaged, and connected to the appropriate care resources before health issues escalate.

What You'll Own

\n

\n
• Product strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, and execution for AI-enabled patient engagement workflows
\n
• Patient targeting and outreach experiences driven by risk, acuity, utilization patterns, and clinical priorities
\n
• AI-powered voice engagement workflows and supporting operational processes
\n
• Clinical escalation pathways connecting patients to nurse practitioners, social workers, nutritionists, and other care team resources
\n
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Operations, Analytics, and executive leadership
\n
• Product performance metrics, adoption, engagement, and outcome measurement
\n
• Vendor relationships, integrations, implementation roadmaps, and technology partner accountability
\n

• Salesforce and patient engagement workflows

• AWS-based analytics and predictive modeling environments

• LLM-powered tools and enterprise AI solutions

• Custom workflow automation and internal platform capabilities

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 5+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated ownership of roadmap and strategy
\n
• Strong product discovery mindset and ability to identify underlying business problems versus simply executing requests
\n
• Experience working within healthcare technology, digital health, care management, provider workflows, population health, or value-based care environments
\n
• Practical understanding of AI, automation, LLMs, conversational AI, or emerging product applications of AI
\n
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions across complex organizations
\n
• SaaS vendor management and third-party technology integration experience preferred
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate independently and lead cross-functional initiatives
\n

This is not a traditional feature-delivery Product Management role. Compensation & Location

\n

• Base Salary: $105,000-$140,000
\n
• Flexibility up to ~$145,000 for exceptional candidates
\n
• 15% annual bonus
\n
• Denver preferred (hybrid schedule for local employees)
\n
• Remote candidates considered within authorized hiring states
