Caregiver Service Specialist- Bilingual Spanish or Creole Speaking

We’re seeking a Caregiver Service Specialist – Bilingual Spanish or Creole Speaking who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. We offer weekly pay between $23–24 an hour! Days and Hours – Monday‑Friday – 9‑5 pm and the office address is: 909 McDonald Ave Brooklyn, New York 11218. Monitor the performance of assigned caregivers who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service. Ensure ongoing Caregiver compliance according to state requirements that may include in‑service trainings, additional background checks, etc. Proactively reach out to new caregivers to welcome and support them. Communicate with caregivers through regular touchpoints and provide recognition and engagement opportunities. Review caregiver satisfaction surveys and take actions where needed. Appropriately handle caregiver questions and issues. Perform other related duties as assigned. Perform essential functions, management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time that are not listed above. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to supervise staff and provide necessary feedback to improve overall services. Identifies and progresses toward meeting personal and professional goals. Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner. Basic computer literacy and typing skills. Demonstrated compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude. Education And Experience At least 18 years of age. High school graduate or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years of customer service or related experience. Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable. Management Authority Trains other associates. Directs work of other associates. Physical Requirements Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
