Senior Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Senior Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the Technology department supporting innovative delivery teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Houston, Texas

Pay Range: $68-$74.30/hr

What's the Job?

• Modernize and support AI-enabled delivery workflows within the organization.
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline delivery activities and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze sprint flow and delivery patterns using AI insights to identify risks and bottlenecks.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure work is ready for sprints, aligning with organizational standards.
• Support cross-team coordination and deliver predictive insights to improve delivery predictability.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, M365, or automation platforms to enhance delivery processes.
• Strong ability to interpret data and AI insights to support team decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
