- Medical Laboratory Technician certification
- 6 months documented bench experience in each specialty including blood bank, microbiology, chemistry and hematology.
- A minimum of one (1) year of approved clinical laboratory experience, must include clinical rotation through blood bank, microbiology, chemistry and hematology.
