We are looking for a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in Pennsylvania, supporting a fast-paced environment with ongoing talent needs. This position plays a key role in identifying candidates with relevant experience, guiding hiring teams through effective selection practices, and maintaining a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, organization, and market awareness to manage multiple searches while supporting equitable and compliant hiring processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for a high volume of openings, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding follow-up.
• Oversee multiple active requisitions at once while maintaining hiring quality, promoting inclusive practices, and aligning searches with organizational priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide guidance on talent market trends, recruitment strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Develop and facilitate structured interview processes that support consistent assessments and informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain adherence to employment regulations, internal hiring standards, and required safeguarding practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and strengthen talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and ongoing relationship management with prospective candidates.
• Monitor recruiting activity, hiring data, and performance metrics to inform workforce planning and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, community outreach programs, and networking events, including occasional evening and weekend participation.• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with prior success in high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates across a range of roles and experience levels.
• Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and project coordination skills in a deadline-driven setting.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR technology platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and digital sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with recruiting analytics, workforce reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
