Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in the Medical-Surgical unit during a 7 PM shift. The role involves direct patient care and support within a critical access hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
