In this customer-facing role, you’ll greet guests, ask discovery questions, present new and used Toyota vehicles, and guide customers through test drives and selection. You’ll explain pricing, protection products, and financing options using Walser’s one-price model and digital tools. You’ll follow up on internet leads, maintain a strong pipeline in the CRM, and hit sales and customer satisfaction goals while collaborating with finance and service teams in a supportive, growth-focused culture.
