You'll receive paid training in our proprietary method and work one-on-one with clients to help them move better, feel better, and live better.Why You'll Love Working With Us: Pay: $18–$24 per hour. Part-time options available (rotating weekends required for employment) — we're specifically hiring for Opening 6/7am and Closing 12pm-7pm or 2pm-7pm and Weekend specific.About Stretch Zone: Stretch Zone® provides clients with Flex-ability for Life® through a proprietary, practitioner-assisted stretching method and patented stabilization system. Our goal is to help people move better, live longer, and feel amazing. Clients enjoy a welcoming studio, comfortable equipment, and certified staff who are passionate about wellness.What You'll Do:Provide one-on-one assisted stretching to clients using our certified methodDeliver excellent customer service and build meaningful client relationshipsMaintain client schedules and ensure sessions are on trackWhen not booked with a client, proactively reach out to interested prospects via phone or text to help get them booked for their first session — this is not cold callingCollaborate with the team to uphold a clean, professional, and positive environmentRepresent the Stretch Zone culture of wellness and client careWhat We're Looking For:Positive, energetic attitudeInterest in health, wellness fitness, or bodyworkWillingness to learn and grow with our proven training methodReliability and professionalismPrior experience in fitness, physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, or related fields is a plus — but not requiredAdditional Info: If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. This role includes paid certification and training in our proprietary method. Due to the value of the training provided, we ask for a minimum 1-year commitment.
