About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, leading all financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, as well as providing executive oversight of all finance functions. This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership, as the CFO will also be involved in shaping business strategy, improving operational performance, and supporting future acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and operational finance, experience with mergers and acquisitions, and a proven track record of building relationships with external financial stakeholders. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced business degree preferred. The successful candidate will have a background in a growth-oriented organization, with experience in a private equity-backed environment being a plus. The role requires an executive with a strong operational mindset, the ability to influence business decisions, and a proven ability to translate financial information into strategic business insight. The CFO will also be expected to mentor a high-performing finance organization, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensure that the finance function is viewed as a strategic business partner across the organization.
