Job Description:
- We are seeking a pharmacist for a role that is straightforward at the start and built to grow. Initial responsibilities are primarily final verification and oversight, making this an easy ramp up compared to traditional pharmacy settings.
- This position offers a clear path to a permanent role, including benefits and eligibility for raises, as responsibilities expand over time.
- Final verification of prescriptions
- Reviewing prescriber orders and identifying therapeutic issues
- Oversight and verification of technician work
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Providing drug information and patient counseling as needed.
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Licensed in Utah
- 0-2 years of pharmacist experience (new grads welcome)
