As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate you will prepare fresh food items daily, wrap, label and store merchandise, and maintain a clean, temperature‑controlled environment. You will balance multiple tasks and assist members with bakery orders while delivering excellent customer service. What you’ll do Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and flex to meet business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food per item specifications, manage production schedules, uphold food safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment safely. Be a Techie: Utilize handheld technology to make production decisions, train teammates, and improve the member experience. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, enforce quality and date‑control standards, reduce waste, and support teammates.
