Team Leader

Marriott is seeking a Team Leader for Housekeeping to supervise daily room and public area cleaning operations at our hotel. In this role, you will lead and support a team of room attendants, ensuring rooms are immaculate, stocked, and ready on time. You will inspect guest rooms, coordinate with Front Office on room status, and respond to guest requests with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities include training new associates, monitoring supply levels, enforcing safety and cleanliness standards, and modeling Marriott’s values of respect, integrity, and service excellence while supporting associates’ long-term growth in hospitality.
