Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and preferences Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and timely records, including documenting patient information, progress notes, and medication administration Participate in educational seminars and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Employment Requirements Employment with VIVO Healthcare of West Orange is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Caregiver Background Screening Clearinghouse ( in accordance with Florida law and Skilled Nursing Facility regulatory requirements.
