You'll be working in a beautiful residential apartment/home-like setting, offering skilled instruction and supervision to patients. We're committed to promoting a rich environment for each other to thrive through collaboration and empowerment.Benefits:Competitive Caregiver starting wage of $23.00/hr.Opportunity to earn up to $25.25/hr. within six months through our continuing education program.We offer Daily Pay! - access your earnings immediately after you complete your shift!Continuing education program to earn bonuses and increase wages after just one month of employment.Key Responsibilities:Teach, monitor, administer and document individual patient programs including ADL's and therapeutic home programs in English.Perform bed, bath, toilet, and chair transfers (up to 20 times per shift) using approved transfer techniques.Ensure for the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and yourself when interacting with patients who may have behavioral outbursts, which can include yelling, exiting, hitting, kicking, biting, scratching, and throwing objects.Job Requirements:Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.Required to have a valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record.Successful completion of a drug screen, health screen, and criminal record check (fingerprints) for caregiver positions.If you're eager to embark on a fulfilling career as a Caregiver that truly makes a difference, watch this short video to see the vital role you can play in a meaningful recovery as a Caregiver/Direct Care Provider.
