Cinnaholic- Baker/Back of the House (BOH) Team Member

Cinnaholic is the original gourmet cinnamon roll bakery, offering over 20 unique frosting flavors and a variety of fresh and decadent toppings. We're not your typical dessert shop - our award-winning cinnamon rolls are made with love and creativity. Join our team and be a part of the sweetest success story!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares product and prioritizes bakery needs for daily operational excellence
- Follows proper labeling and storage procedures
- Operates commercial mixer and baking equipment
- Follows detailed baking procedures and precise recipes
- Maintains clean kitchen including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine dusting and general disinfecting
- Washes dishes using three compartment sink
- Follows opening and closing checklists
- Will be cross-trained to also operate FOH
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly attitude and team player who is able to work well with others
- Ability to prioritize and have a sense of urgency
- Customer-service driven
- Food service or bakery experience a plus, but not required
WORK SCHEDULE
- Weekend availability
- 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work on holidays

- No formal education required
