This in-person, full-time contract role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive environment for the entire 2026-2027 school year. You’ll help guide and empower a manageable caseload of 32 students, providing hands-on therapy and fostering important skills needed for academic and personal success.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for working with young learners and a strong background in school-based occupational therapy. Your responsibilities will center on planning and delivering individualized and group interventions, collaborating with educators and families, and tracking students’ progress to ensure positive outcomes. Reliable attendance and a commitment to direct, on-site support are essential.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington state OT license
• ESA certification
• Fingerprinted through OSPI (required prior to start)
• Experience with pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication abilities for collaborating with faculty, families, and students
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in a school setting (elementary caseload of 32)
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs based on student needs
• Work in partnership with teachers, staff, and parents to support every child’s success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide engaging, individualized treatment in-person, full-time (7.5 hours/day)
