Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent client programs from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners. Build strong relationships and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep programs on track.
- Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain program governance structures. Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Financial Oversight: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure cost-effective delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, business operations, construction, procurement, and legal to ensure seamless execution.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement in program delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in telecommunications or infrastructure
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-client programs
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, wireless, network deployment, ISP, OSP)
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, SiteTracker)
