Service Manager Posting Start Date: 5/13/26 Job Location: Prescott, Arizona, USA, 86305 Requisition ID: 35695 Onsite or Remote: Onsite Position Job Overview The Service Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing service operations for the Prescott branch, supporting mining customers across Northern Arizona. This role manages a small but critical team of technicians and is accountable for safety, utilization, customer satisfaction, and overall service performance. This position is ideal for an experienced service leader who is strong in people leadership, time management, and customer communication. Candidates with construction equipment or related heavy equipment experience will be considered. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure the safety of the employee and work environment. Develop plans to achieve department goals for quality and efficiency. Manage accounts receivables as defined in business plan. Ensure proper training is provided for the service technicians and service administration. Work with factory representatives to ensure warranty factory campaigns are completed. Enforce high work standards for quality and professional service. Manage the service department to operate within the guidelines set by our manufacturers policies and procedure manuals. Ensure the proper tools are acquired to perform service functions. Ensure service goals and operating plan goals are achieved. Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years experience as a technician or supervisor Basic hydraulic, electrical and mechanical skills Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Problem solving skills: identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Customer service skills: responds promptly to customer needs Teamwork skills: balances team and individual responsibilities Planning/organizing skills: prioritizes and plans work activities Professionalism: reacts well under pressure; accepts responsibility for own actions; follows through on commitments Quality: demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality Quantity: meets productivity standards; completes work in a timely manner Safety: observes safety procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
