Controller

Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Charles, MO area to identify a Controller. This role will oversee accounting operations, prepare and review financial statements and management reports, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. This is a fully onsite opportunity with a growing organization offering the chance to make an impact and support continued growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Controller will oversee all accounting operations for multiple companies
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Manage cash flow and banking relationships
• Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements
• As a Controller, you will manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Oversee benefits administration and employee enrollments
• Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
