HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Compliance

Spectrum

Spectrum is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support, balancing employee needs with organizational goals and driving effective leadership. This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S.

without immigration sponsorship now or in the future. You will administer Spectrum policies, counsel employees on conflicts and performance, oversee leave programs, lead benefits enrollment meetings, maintain HRIS/payroll data, and participate in budgeting and HR committee
